Erin McDonough from the Insurance Alliance of Michigan shared an industry perspective on pending legislative issues.

Our chapter is collecting monetary donations during our in-person meetings and plans to collect physical donations at a meeting this fall. We are also organizing at least one volunteer event to support the Humane Society. In addition, a representative from the Humane Society will be our featured speaker during the December GoodWorks presentation.

Alex Lehman, CPCU, AU, AINS, is a 2018 graduate of the University of Olivet with a degree in Insurance and Risk Management. He is a Senior Commercial Underwriter at Farm Bureau Insurance of Michigan and attained his CPCU in 2025. Alex is looking forward to networking with other members when meetings resume in the fall and is enthusiastic about attending his first I-Day!
